Experience/Requirements

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or memory care needs is advantageous.
• CPR certification is mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when required for patient transfers or mobility assistance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and their families while maintaining professionalism under HIPAA regulations.
