Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caregiver for daytime, overnight, and weekend mid-shift roles. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for caring for others and have experience supporting individuals with diverse needs. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance with daily activities, monitor patient health, and create a safe, comfortable environment that fosters dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Observe and monitor patients’ health status, reporting any changes or concerns to supervising staff promptly.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Support clients during scheduled activities or outings within the community to promote engagement
• Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques to ensure safe patient transfers.

Requirements

• One year of experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred.
• Clear Criminal history
• Reliable transportation to take clients to appointments and run errands
• Valid Driver's License
• Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, autism support, or neurodevelopmental disorders is advantageous.
