We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team for weekend shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe for any changes in health or behavior, documenting findings accurately in care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Administer medications following prescribed schedules while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring infection control standards are met.
• Support residents with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease through memory care techniques and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans and provide direct support aligned with each resident’s needs.

Skills

• Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred.
• Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in condition or behavior promptly.
