Caregiver

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Caregiver to provide quality care and support to residents in a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, monitor resident well-being, and promote dignity, independence, and quality of life. Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other special care needs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow care plans and facility policies to ensure quality care.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior care, home care, or similar settings preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
