Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care

Job Overview

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position requires compassion, patience, and a strong desire to improve the quality of life for those you assist.

Duties

• Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
• Work closely with individuals in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or within home community care settings

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of CPR and basic first aid is beneficial
• Familiarity with patient monitoring and working with people with disabilities is advantageous
• Ability to handle various caregiving tasks with empathy and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
