• Perform phlebotomy tasks as required for patient assessments.
• Assist with catheter care and ensure aseptic technique is followed during procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols and infectious disease care practices.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of memory care techniques and patient engagement strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
