Job Overview

We are seeking a male caregiver who is readyto start ASAP. The caregiver must be with compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support
• Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, phlebotomy, and aseptic techniques in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care in acute care, ICU, emergency medicine, or post-acute settings
• Maintain detailed medical records and documentation using EMR systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks to ensure seamless communication among healthcare providers

Skills

• Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
