Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant Essential Functions

• Under the direction and ongoing supervision of the registered nurse, providing essential personal care assistance to the patient:
• Performing such household services that are essential to the patient’s well-being at home.
• Light meal preparation for patients.
• Provides emotional support and compassionate care to the patient and their family unit.
• Participating in continuing education.
• Charting via app on the company phone that is provided, based on the plan of care.

Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant Requirements

• Have CNA/LNA license
• Have a dependable car with active auto insurance
• Follow the care plan under the direction of the RNCM
• Hospice or home health experience is preferable
• Bilingual skills are a plus
