Executive Director for Assisted Living & Memory Care

We are looking for an Executive Director for our Community The Oaks at Garden Ridge Assisted Living, & Memory Care Facility! Come and join our wonderful community!

This position requires an Administrator's license in good standing. Experience is required, along with solid leadership skills. The Executive Director will be bound by any and all Company policies and procedures in effect during your employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes the community management support team to maximize resident care, operate the facility within a budget, and uphold resident and family satisfaction.
• Oversees, supports, and helps to coordinate daily operations and activities of life engagement program planning and implementation, culinary operations, interior and exterior integrity of the building, marketing efforts, and nursing and health care services.
• Ensures optimal level of resident care is consistently provided, the environment is being maintained in a safe and sanitary fashion, systems are in place, and that employees are receiving appropriate supervision.
• Monitors staff adherence to all company policies and procedures including Abuse Prevention, Disaster Preparedness, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Accident Safety Prevention, etc.; and ensures managers are conversant with all other internal Operational Guidelines and Policies & Procedures, and local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
• Represents the community in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third-party vendors as appropriate; and supports, monitors, and participates in the Manager on
