Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the home environment
• Maintain HIPAA compliance by safeguarding patient confidentiality and ensuring secure handling of medical documentation and records
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning to ensure a safe and comfortable living space
• Support clients’ emotional well-being through compassionate communication and engagementExperience
• Prior experience in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes or long-term care environments is highly desirable
• Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
