About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll provide essential daily assistance that helps clients feel secure, comfortable, and supported in their own homes.

Through patient, thoughtful care and genuine companionship, you'll help individuals maintain familiar routines and enjoy greater confidence in their everyday lives.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and support with everyday activities
• Offer medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
