About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll provide daily assistance that helps clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their own homes.

Your patience, attentiveness, and compassion will help clients maintain familiar routines while encouraging their dignity and independence.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care needs
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and support with everyday activities
• Offer medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
