About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll provide practical assistance and personal support that helps clients feel more at ease with their daily routines.

You'll play an important role in creating a positive home care experience by treating each individual with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Help prepare meals and complete light housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and assistance with everyday activities
• Offer medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
