About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll help clients with essential daily activities while providing the encouragement, kindness, and personal attention that make compassionate home care possible.

Your support will help clients maintain familiar routines, feel comfortable in their surroundings, and enjoy greater independence in their daily lives.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care needs
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and support with daily activities
• Offer medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
