About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll do more than assist with everyday activities. You'll provide companionship, encouragement, and compassionate support that helps clients feel comfortable and confident in their own homes.

Every visit is an opportunity to make someone's day a little easier while helping them maintain their dignity and independence.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and assistance with daily routines
• Offer medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
