• Monitor residents’ health by taking vital signs, observing for changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality.
• Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Administer medications following prescribed care plans and document medication administration meticulously.
• Support residents with cognitive impairments by implementing memory care strategies, dementia care protocols, and Alzheimer’s care techniques to promote comfort and safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and organization of the home to foster a healthy living space.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on care plans, patient monitoring, and providing holistic support tailored to each individual’s needs.
