We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Live-In Caregiver to provide comprehensive in-home support and personal care for individuals with diverse needs. Beautiful home in Clearwater near Belcher and Eastbay. Pinellas Care Systems pays your rent and you get paid $111/ day. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in caregiving, with experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments. This role offers an enriching opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of one female client by delivering attentive, respectful, and personalized care. The Live-In Caregiver will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment. Additional hours available through Companion Services.

Duties

• Provide verbal prompts with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming
• Observe changes in health status to promptly report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Assist and Monitor nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring adherence to care plans and nutritional guidelines.
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document medication administration in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment for residents.
• Collaborate with Circle of Support to develop and implement personalized care plans that address each resident’s unique needs.
• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.

Skills
