Arcadia of Davidsonville is a small, family-owned assisted living and memory care facility. We started the company to take care of our grandparents. Our goal is to provide the best, most loving care and attention for our residents.

We are hiring for the dayshift 7a-7p, 3p-7p, and the overnight shift 7p-7a. 12 hour shifts mean more days off per week!

We are looking for individuals to join our caregiving team. The most important qualification is compassion and a desire to improve the lives of our residents. Experience isn't a requirement, but it's a plus! Many of our staff came from no professional experience but had a grandparent they loved and took care of.

Our team of caregivers provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, eating), as well as running by cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Our facility has 16 residents that you will get to know on a personal level and be able to provide individualized love and attention.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and socialization to our residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with mobility, such as walking or transferring from a bed to a chair.
• Observe changes in the client's condition and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Provide assistance to individuals with memory issues

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
