We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver who is a registered provider with IHSS (In-Home Supportive Services) and WPCS (Workforce Partnership Caregiver Services). Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using manual handling tools like Hoyer lifts.
  • Monitor and observe patients’ conditions closely, documenting vital signs, behavioral changes, and overall health status to ensure safety and well-being.
  • Assist with medication administration following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning patient areas and ensuring infection control standards are met.
  • Support residents or clients with cognitive impairments by implementing memory care techniques, dementia care strategies, and Alzheimer's care protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and follow personalized care plans that address each individual’s unique needs.
  • Engage in patient observation to identify any signs of distress or deterioration, promptly reporting concerns to supervisors or medical professionals.
