STNA Hospice Caregiver

Nivalis Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate STNA to join our growing team.

Responsibilities for this position will include

• Performing caregiver/aide visits to hospice patients in home settings, including nursing homes and assisted livings.
• Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers as outlined in their plan of care.
• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse and perform various services for your patient as necessary to meet his or her personal needs and promote comfort
• Commitment to excellent customer service for patients and their loved ones.
• Interact collaboratively with all team members.
• Participate in interdisciplinary group meetings, in-services and skills training to ensure compliance with hospice regulations.

Job Requirements

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant with the State of Ohio
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with up to date insurance coverage.
