Job Description

As a Caregiver at Precision Senior Helpers, your responsibilities will include

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Managing and administering medications as per the residents' care plans
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding as needed
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• Required: Experience working in an assisted living home, memory care facility, or group home environment
• BLS or CPR certification required
• Strong understanding of caregiving best practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature

Employment Type

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to create your own schedule
• Opportunity to pick up open shifts ranging from as little as 12 hours a week to up to 60 hours a week (PRN, Part-time, or Full-time hours)
