Duties

• Provide attentive personal care to adult and senior clients, supporting their physical, emotional, and daily living needs with dignity and respect
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients take prescribed medications on schedule; document administration as required and report any concerns to supervising healthcare staff
• Monitor clients for any adverse medication reactions or changes in condition and communicate promptly with family members or healthcare providers
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that support cognitive stimulation, social connection, and emotional well-being
• Support individuals with disabilities, chronic conditions, or age-related limitations by assisting with mobility, personal care, and daily tasks while encouraging as much independence as possible
• Apply appropriate behavioral and communication strategies to support clients experiencing cognitive decline, dementia, or mental health challenges
• Maintain a safe home environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines, including fall prevention and first aid procedures when necessary
