• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; document findings precisely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Assist with medical procedures including catheter care, wound care, and basic first aid or CPR in emergency situations.
• Support patients with mobility challenges using manual handling techniques while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare guidelines; update medical records regularly using EMR systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments is highly preferred.
