• Support patient mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques to ensure safe transfers while preventing injury.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and behavioral health support.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
• Collaborate with nursing staff in critical care environments such as ICU or trauma centers to deliver timely patient support in high-pressure situations.
• Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures like catheter care or wound management to prevent infections and promote healing.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state regulations.
