Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide essential personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your active engagement will help foster a warm environment where residents thrive physically, emotionally, and socially.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents with dementia or memory care needs, including Alzheimer's care and behavioral health support
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques during procedures such as catheter care and wound management
• Assist with feeding residents requiring help with meals or special diets in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with nursing staff on patient service plans for post-acute care, hospice care, or acute care situations

Qualifications
