Available shifts

are every other weekend. Saturday 8am - Monday 8am

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor for changes in health status, and report findings accurately to healthcare professionals
• Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and preferences while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Administer medications safely following care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
• Support clients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease through memory care techniques and specialized patient observation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal space

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, or seniors in assisted living or nursing home settings
• Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, and home health practices including patient monitoring and medication administration
• Strong skills in patient observation, reporting changes promptly, and adhering to care plans tailored to individual needs
• Experience working within group homes or community-based settings is highly desirable
