We are seeking a dedicated Live-In Caregiver to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to clients in a home setting. This vital role involves supporting individuals with diverse needs, including elderly patients, those with disabilities, or individuals requiring specialized memory or hospice care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior and home healthcare, demonstrating excellent caregiving skills and a commitment to enhancing clients' quality of life through attentive and respectful support.

Duties

• Provide personalized assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, managing medication administration, and recognizing signs of medical emergencies or changes in condition.
• Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, wound management, and hospice-related tasks while adhering to medical terminology standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in compliance with home healthcare regulations and HIPAA privacy standards.
• Support clients with memory care needs related to Alzheimer's disease and dementia through specialized techniques and patient observation.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Operate mobility aids like Hoyer lifts safely and assist with transfers to ensure client safety during heavy lifting activities.
