Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and EXPERIENCED QMAP/Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to residents in a long-term care or assisted living environment. In this vital role, you will assist residents with their daily needs, ensure their safety and comfort, and promote a positive, engaging atmosphere. Your energy and empathy will help create a warm community where residents feel valued and cared for. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as DME when necessary
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols and document all medication activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, implementing memory care strategies and behavior management techniques
• Support residents’ social engagement by facilitating activities, preparing meals. Laundry services, Housekeeping
